This is my chosen career as I love spending time with infants and toddlers, caring for and educating them. I am a huge believer in children learning and developing at their own pace and not rushing the beautiful time that is childhood! "Kia Ora, my name is Charlotte Videan and I am the team leader of the Chrysalis Room. I studied at EIT Taradale and received my Bachelor in Teaching in 2014. I am a fully registered Early Childhood Teacher and hold a first aid certificate. I have always enjoyed working with children and before studying was a nanny in Wellington for many years. I enjoy spending time with my partner and family. We live out on a farm in Crownthorpe and I love gardening in my vegetable garden, walking my dogs and playing on the motorbikes."
